If you have logged in to My Path without a patient care relationship and want to use your rights related to the processing of personal data with regard to customer data, you can contact the HUS Central Registry by letter.

Digital care pathways
If you use the service as part of a patient care relationship, the controller is the hospital district responsible for your treatment. In this case, you can contact the hospital district in question by letter.

|Right of access to your personal data|
You have the right to know what personal data we process and the right to see it. In addition, with regard to digital care paths, you have the right to know who has processed your personal data in the last two years.
|Right to request that your data be corrected|
It is our duty to keep your personal data up to date. If you find that your data is incorrect, you have the right to request that your data be corrected. You can also correct your personal data on your own when you log in.
|Right to request that your data be erased|
You have the right to request the data you have given to be offered to you in a machine-readable format and, where technically possible, to transfer the information directly to another service provider. This right applies, for example, to your journal entries or other information you have provided.
|Right to demand the processing of your personal data to be restricted|
In some cases, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted. This means that we have only the right to store personal data, not use it in any other way. You may demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you are demanding that your personal data be erased or corrected. In this case, the processing of the data will be restricted until you have verified that your data is up to date or until a decision has been made to erase the data.
