If you have logged in to My Path without a patient care relationship and want to use your rights related to the processing of personal data with regard to customer data, you can contact the HUS Central Registry by letter.

If you use the service as part of a patient care relationship, the controller is the hospital district responsible for your treatment. In this case, you can contact the hospital district in question by letter.
