What is My Path

Health Village's My Path is a digital service channel for social and healthcare services.

On the My Path service channel, you can find digital care pathways accessible with a referral and remote appointments. These services complement traditional healthcare and appointments. My Path is a secure online service that uses strong identification.

Log in to My Path using your online banking credentials, mobile certificate, or electronic ID card. You can start using the pathway after a social or healthcare professional has linked you to it.

We do not recommend using Internet Explorer.

On the pathways, you will find information, questionnaires, exercises, and instructions.

  • Your data is always visible only to the healthcare and social welfare professionals treating you.

  • Non-urgent electronic communication

  • Calendar for upcoming appointments, group chats, and remote consultations

  • Diary for various follow-ups

  • SMS and email notifications, for example, about new messages and task comments

  • Acting on behalf of a minor child or young person

  • Give feedback on the service and help us improve it
