Omapolku service Frequently Asked Questions

The web version of Omapolku is accessed via a browser at: https://www.terveyskyla.fi/en/omapolku. Supported browsers are Chrome and Edge.

The mobile application is available for both iPhones and Android phones in their respective app stores. The application is not supported on tablets or iPads.

To log in, you need Finnish online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

Processing a referral may take approximately two weeks before the digital care pathway is opened. The customer will always receive a text message and/or email notification about this.

If the pathway is not visible within this time as previously agreed, please contact your care provider directly.

Omapolku works best with supported browsers, Chrome or Edge.

On a mobile phone, make sure that you are using the latest version of the application and that your device has the latest updates installed.

Log in to Omapolku. Select the relevant digital care pathway and send your message via the Messages section.

In the mobile application, select the Messages section and then choose the relevant digital care pathway.

The messaging feature is not available on all digital care pathways. In such cases, the above instructions do not apply, and you should contact the healthcare provider through other means.
