Access to your personal data is limited based on your consent so that only the healthcare unit participating in your treatment has access to your data. Therefore, access to your data always requires a patient care relationship.

Digital care paths involve legal storing obligations for the processing of your personal data. Your patient documents are stored in the patient information systems of each healthcare provider treating you. The most common period for storing patient records is 12 years after death or 120 years after birth.Journals and other data collection forms are kept for 12 years from their preparation or until the data has been transferred to the patient information system.
