Health Village’s services are particularly well suited for monitoring quality of life, symptoms and lifestyle, and also for supporting those living with a long-term illness. The services complement traditional medical care. As a result, the significance of preventive care increases and people are better able to maintain their own health.
Health Village is always open, and it can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have Internet access and a computer, tablet or smartphone.

| Health Village's hubs - Health Village's website open for all | Health Village consists of 33 virtual hubs centered on different themes. You can find an up-to-date list of Health Village hubs in the ‘Choose your hub’ menu at the top of the page. In addition to virtual hubs, the Health Village service range includes chats, chatbots and symptom navigators. The hubs are mainly available in Finnish and in Swedish. Only two hubs are currently available in English. |
| Digital service channel My Path | Health Village's My Path contains digital care pathways (available with a physician’s referral), remote appointments, and self-care programs open to everyone. These services complement traditional specialized health care and appointments. My Path is a secure online service that uses strong identification. You can log in to My Path using Finnish online banking codes, a mobile certificate or an electronic certificate card. |

The service complements the expertise of professionals and encourages them to use new operating methods in their own work. The service includes, for example, clinical work guides, digital service development training, e-skills tools, events and expert search. |
Who produces Health Village?
Health Village is a service developed and maintained by top social and healthcare experts. It is closely linked to university research, which guarantees the reliability of care and information.
Building the services involves cooperation with national e-health service development projects, patients and patient organizations as well as with different higher education institutions.
