Problems related to the visibility, functionality or integrity of the content are technical. In technical problem situations, you can contact Health Village's support using the feedback form.

• Report a technical issue

For urgent technical problems, professionals can call the service number 0800 132 400. The phone service is available on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on weekends and mid-week holidays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The service number answers urgent technical questions such as

• registration problems

• login problems

• browser-related problems.

Problems related to the user IDs of partner organisations (HUS, KYS, OYS, TAYS, TYKS, PHHYKY, SOITE or LSHP) are handled by the IT support of the caller’s own organisation.

NB: The service number is available to all professionals who use the Health Village services, but please note that only HUS professionals can be identified on the service number. Identification refers, for example, to contact requests concerning user IDs.
