If the ailment is not so serious as to require contacting your local health care centre or the emergency department, the instructions contain guidance for managing and monitoring your symptoms.

The Päivystyshelppi service is available online 24 hours a day. Using the service does not require registration. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an Internet connection.
