Chat-palvelu on tarkoitettu Uuden lastensairaalan Taika vuodeosaston ja Taika päiväsairaalan hematologisille (veritaudit, kasvaimet ja kantasolusiirrot) potilaille ja heidän vanhemmilleen. Sairaanhoitaja vastaa viestiin arkisin klo 9.00–15.00 puolen tunnin kuluessa sen saapumisesta.
Lapsen yleisvoinnin heikkenemiseen tai kuumeiluun liittyvät sekä muut kiireelliset asiat, soita numeroon 050 428 4977 (24 h). Chatissä voimme hoitaa ei-niin-kiireelliset asiat, kuten todistukset, reseptit, ajanvaraukset jne.
Kun viestiisi vastataan, kuulet äänimerkin ja saat tekstiviestin kännykkääsi. Pidä chat-ikkuna avoinna koko ajan ja laitteesi äänet päällä.
Palvelu on maksuton. Hoitaja vastaa viesteihin suomeksi ja englanniksi.

This chat service is intended for hematological patients (benign blood diseases, solid tumors ans stem cell transplants), and their parents, treated at Taika Ward or Taika Day Hospital of the New Children’s Hospital. A nurse will answer your message between 9:00–15:00 within half an hour from receiving the message.
If the child’s general condition has deteriorated, they have a fever or you have another urgent matter, please call 050 428 4977 (24 h service). You can use the chat to handle non-urgent matters such as certificates, prescriptions, appointment booking etc.
When the nurse answers, you will hear a sound notification and receive an SMS to your phone. Keep the chat window open and turn your device's sound on.
The service is free of charge. The nurse is able to answer in Finnish and English.
