Taking medicines when travelling

​In most cases you don’t need to worry about the time difference between countries. If you have taken your medicines at 8 am in Finland, you can continue taking them also when travelling at 8 am local time. Carry your medicines in hand luggage and always have some extra tablets with you. You will hear some additional tips on the video.
