Processing personal data in chatbots

The chatbots of Health Village provide only general guidance and advice.

​​​​​​​​A couple of chatbots are in use on the website of Health Village.  At the moment, our chatbots are only available in Finnish. Our chatbots answer your practical questions ​but cannot provide you guidance in personal, treatment-related matters. Do not give your personal data, such as your social security number or name, to a chatbot.
